[¶ 1] Erlon Ricker appeals from the judgment entered in the Superior Court (Kennebec County, Marden, J.) following a jury verdict finding him guilty of three counts of unlawful sexual contact (Class C), 17-A M.R.S.A. § 255 (Supp.2000), and three counts of gross sexual assault (Class A), 17-A M.R.S.A. § 253 (Supp.2000).
