OPINION

ROBB, Judge.

The "Asbestos Defendants"1 bring this interlocutory appeal of the trial court's denial of their motions for summary judgment2 on a complaint filed by Lucille Herring, on her own behalf and as executrix of Loyd Herring's estate, for damages from Mr. Herring's wrongful death from exposure to asbestos. We affirm.
