¶ 1 Martin Stone Quarries, Inc. appeals the striking of its mechanics' lien following the denial of its post-trial motions.1 We affirm.

This action commenced October 24, 1988, by the filing of a Mechanics' Lien Claim naming as defendants Robert M. Koffel Builders, Robert M. Koffel, Inc. and Terry Sacks. Koffel Builders was the general contractor and Koffel, Inc. was the owner of Boulder Heights Development....
