Kellen Lee Betz appeals his conviction for felony possession of marijuana, arguing that the trial court erred in denying his dispositive motion to suppress. At issue are two separate packages of marijuana-one found when Mr. Betz was frisked and the other found in a metal box, inside a briefcase, when the trunk of his car was searched.
