REID, Associate Judge:

After a bench trial, appellant Linda Pernell1 was convicted of possession of a controlled substance (cocaine), in violation of D.C.Code § 33-541(a)(1) (1998). On appeal, Ms. Pernell contends, in part, that the trial court erred by failing to impose probation without judgment under D.C.Code § 33-541(e).2 We affirm.
