On this Petition for Writ of Common Law Certiorari, Dr. Carlos Iglesias ("Petitioner"), the plaintiff below, seeks certiorari review of an Interlocutory Order requiring Petitioner to answer It's a Living Inc., et al.'s ("Respondents") defense interrogatory. For the following reasons, we grant the Petition and remand this cause to the trial court with instructions.
