¶ 1. William Lynn Presley pled guilty to eight (8) counts of embezzlement and was sentenced to twenty (20) years on each of the eight (8) counts, with ten (10) years suspended on each, to be served concurrently. The conviction and sentence arise out of a misuse of public funds while Presley served as Chancery Clerk of Jackson County, Mississippi. Presley appeals an order of the circuit court denying his motion to enforce his plea agreement...
