Case Summary

Appellants-plaintiffs Stanley Deuitch ("Stanley") and Bryan Deuitch ("Bryan") (collectively, "the Deuitches"), as personal representatives for the estate of Juanita Deuitch ("Juanita"), appeal the trial court's grant of summary judgment in favor of appellees-defendants John Fleming ("John") and Diana Fleming ("Diana") (collectively, "the Flemings").
