The sellers, Dr. Kanai Lal Pal and his wife Padma Rani Pal, as plaintiffs, won a jury verdict, and the trial court entered a judgment on it against Samuel Jones Cassels and his wife Martha B. Cassels, the buyers, as defendants, for $328,150 on a claim of breach of contract and $25,400 on a claim...
