The issues presented in this appeal involve (1) the eligibility of a person involuntarily committed as a condition of probation for workers' compensation benefits pursuant to section 306(a)(2) of the Workers' Compensation Act ("Act"), 77 P.S. § 511(2)1, and (2) the entitlement of an employer to a credit for overpayment of benefits.
