The Plaintiffs, Jimmy and Cheryl Boykin, seek relief from the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of the Defendants. Because we find that the Plaintiffs' claim is perempted under La. R.S. 9:5605, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
