The Jefferson Parish District Attorney filed a bill of information charging defendant, Paul Martinez, with two counts of obscenity, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:106. The matter proceeded to trial before a six person jury at the conclusion of which defendant was found guilty of both counts.
