OPINION

MATHIAS, Judge.

Dr. L. Ralph Rogers ("Dr. Rogers") appeals the trial court's order denying his motion for summary judgment. Dr. Rogers raises the following issue: whether the trial court erred when it found a genuine issue of material fact regarding whether Ann Mendel and Linus Mendel ("Mendels") filed their complaint within the applicable two-year statute of limitations. We agree with Dr. Rogers and accordingly, we reverse the trial court's denial...
