Sandra Kenney appeals the denial of her Rule 29.15 motion after evidentiary hearing. In her original trial Kenney was convicted of two counts of first-degree assault. On direct appeal we affirmed her conviction for class B first degree assault against Naomi Baum's unborn baby, but reversed the conviction for class A first degree assault against Ms. Baum and remanded to the trial court with directions...
