On December 16, 1999, the defendant was charged by bill of information with possession of heroin, La. R.S. 40:966, possession of cocaine, La. R.S. 40:967, and possession of diazepam, La. R.S. 40:969. She was arraigned and pled not guilty on September 21, 2000. She filed a motion to suppress which was denied November 9, 2000.
