Bernard Curran (Curran) petitions for review of the adjudication and order entered March 28, 2000 by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of State, Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs (Bureau) after a hearing before the State Board of Psychology (Board). Said order revoked Curran's license to practice psychology, ordered him to pay a civil penalty of $250.00, and directed that prior to applying for reinstatement, Curran submit evidence...
