48 S.W.3d 118 (2001)

Melvin Troy YOUNG, Appellant, v. STATE of Missouri, Respondent.

Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, Division Three.

June 26, 2001.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Emmett D. Queener, Asst. Public Defender, Columbia, MO, for Appellant.

Jeremiah W. (Jay) Nixon, Atty. Gen., Susan L. Brown, Asst. Atty. Gen., Jefferson City, MO, for Respondent.

Before GARY M. GAERTNER, SR., P.J., LAWRENCE G. CRAHAN, J., and GEORGE W. DRAPER III, J.

PER CURIAM.

Melvin T. Young (hereinafter, "Movant") appeals from the motion court's judgment denying his Rule 24.035 motion without an evidentiary hearing. Movant claims the motion court erred in that: (1) the terms of his plea agreement were not disclosed in open court pursuant to Rules 24.02(c) and (d); and (2) he was not given the opportunity to withdraw his plea as required by Rule 24.02(d)(4).
