"1. This court orders all parties involved to arbitration by judicial reference in accordance with the Retail Installment Contract, Security Agreement, Waiver of Trial by Jury and Agreement to Arbitration or Reference or Trial by Judge Alone and the Alabama Arbitration Act; ". . . . "4...
