A Superior Court jury convicted Appellant, Defendant-below, Ahkee Flonnory of Possession with Intent to Deliver Cocaine and Conspiracy in the Second Degree. In this appeal, we reverse the judgment of the Superior Court because it erred in denying defense counsel's Motion to Suppress evidence that the police invalidly seized from Defendant's car in violation of the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution...
