Silverman, P.C., on its counterclaim, seeking the reimbursement of $25,000.00 it paid to Silverman based on a contract of representation which was void as constituting the unlicensed practice of law. We reverse and remand with directions that Silverman be required to disgorge the funds received from Vista Designs through a contract that was void ab initio...
