The defendant, Marvin Despenza, pled guilty to four counts of aggravated possession of a stolen motor vehicle (625 ILCS 5/4-103.2(a)(3) (West 1998)), eight counts of burglary (720 ILCS 5/19-1(b) (West 1998)), nine counts of possession of a stolen motor vehicle (625 ILCS 5/4-103(b) (West 1998)), and one count of criminal damage to property (720 ILCS 5/21-4(1) (West 1998))....
