The plaintiff filed suit against his employer asserting claims of intentional infliction of emotional distress and disability discrimination. The employer reurged a previously denied motion for summary judgment contending that the facts advanced by the employee were insufficient for the claims asserted. Summary judgment was entered in favor of the employer.
