Defendant, Roberto Munoz, pleaded guilty to vehicular hijacking (720 ILCS 5/18-3(a) (West 1998)) and stipulated to violating the terms of two previously entered probation orders. Pursuant to the agreement, defendant was sentenced to six years' imprisonment on May 21, 1999.
