(Louisiana Swabbing), appeals a summary judgment granted to the defendants, Nathan Eldridge, Jr., and Enterprise Products Company (Enterprise), dismissing Louisiana Swabbing's attempt to recover from the defendants the increase in workers' compensation insurance premiums it incurred as a result of an automobile accident wherein four of its employees were injured.
