The plaintiff, Travis L. Rogers, filed a defamation and malicious prosecution suit against three creditors and their attorneys who had unsuccessfully sued him for fraud and racketeering under federal law arising out of a bankruptcy proceeding. The trial court dismissed the plaintiffs petition on an exception of no cause of action, concluding that the plaintiff could not amend his petition to state a cause of action for defamation or malicious prosecution...
