This is a tale of two telephone calls. Michael C. Worsham, appellant, asks us to reverse the trial court's grant of summary judgment on his claims that Nationwide Insurance Company, appellee, violated the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 ("TCPA"), 47 U.S.C. § 227. We conclude that summary judgment was warranted on the counts relating to the first call, but was prematurely granted on the counts...
