R.D.B., the mother of three children, appeals the final judgment terminating her parental rights. She contends, and we agree, that the elements required for termination were not established by clear and convincing evidence as required by section 39.809(1), Florida Statutes (1999). Accordingly, we reverse the order terminating R.D.B.'s parental rights and remand for further proceedings.
