DECUIR, Judge.

Plaintiffs, Gerard and Loretta Perron, appeal the trial court's judgment dismissing their claim for damages arising out of defendant's, TCA Cable TV, placement of a utility pole on the State right of way adjacent to their property. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
