On January 18, 2000, the trial court rendered a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, Robbie Clark, and against the defendant, Alexander Filmore1, for $3,000.00 with legal interest for damages arising out of a physical altercation. The judgment also dismissed all of plaintiff's claims against Wendy's International, Inc. Plaintiff appeals. We affirm.
