EAKIN, J.:

¶ 1 Eugene Miller appeals the order entering judgment on the pleadings in favor of John F. Nelson, and dismissing Miller's complaint. The trial court also awarded Nelson counsel fees of $4,489. We affirm and remand for calculation of attorneys' fees incurred in this appeal.
