¶ 1 Ronald Grant Champney appeals the order entered November 15, 2000, disposing of his petition brought pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA), 42 Pa. C.S.A. §§ 9541-9546. Following appointment of counsel, Champney's PCRA petition was denied on the merits after three evidentiary hearings. Finding error, we reverse and reinstate Champney's rights to a direct appeal. We remand to determine whether new counsel needs...
