In this case, appellant was convicted on charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute cocaine base, possession with intent to distribute cocaine base, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of firearms and ammunition by a convicted felon. Based upon these convictions, multiple prior drug convictions and a long history of prior convictions for a variety of crimes, the sentencing judge imposed a life sentence as prescribed...
