This is a dispute over a last will and testament. Nell Brassette Armand (Nell) appeals a judgment of possession entered in favor of Corine Brassette Bynog (Corine) and Mrs. Nellie Brassette (Mrs. Brassette). Nell contends that the trial court erred in awarding Mrs. Brassette usufruct over a portion of the deceased's property, rather than awarding it to her and the deceased's other legal heirs. We agree.
