[¶ 1] Darlene Liberty appeals from an order of the Superior Court (Cumberland County, Warren, J.) modifying the amount subject to attachment and trustee process ordered pursuant to M.R. Civ. P. 4A(c) and 4B(c)1 and releasing $15,000 so that Scott Liberty, Darlene's husband, could pay a retainer to his criminal defense attorney. Darlene contends that the court lacked authority to release the $15,000 from attachment...
