Wilner's original complaint, filed against Singing River Hospital System, Nurse L. Runnels and John Does 1-4, alleged that she was injured in a diagnostic laparoscopy performed on January 27, 1997, at the Singing River Hospital in Pascagoula, Mississippi. This complaint was later amended to include Dr. M. Neil White...
