Abe J. Lindsey, Jr. was found guilty of attempted second-degree murder on July 27, 1999. On September 27, 1999, he was sentenced to serve thirty years at hard labor without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence. Defendant now appeals his conviction and sentence asserting two assignments of error. We affirm for the reasons that follow.
