[¶ 1] Joel MacDougall appeals from a judgment entered in the Superior Court (York County, Fritzsche, J.) affirming a decision of the Department of Human Services determining the amount of child support he owed. He contends that the DHS hearing officer erred in calculating his gross base pay for purposes of determining the amount of child support due.
