¶ 1 Appellant appeals nunc pro tunc from the judgment of sentence of life imprisonment imposed after his conviction by a jury of first degree murder, aggravated assault, robbery, burglary, theft by unlawful taking, possession of an instrument of crime, criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, reckless endangerment and carrying firearms without a license.
