This is an appeal from the district court's order barring as untimely claims made by amendment to Ivory Joe Pruitt's habeas corpus petition. The Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act of 1996 (AEDPA) provides a one-year after conviction time limitation for bringing habeas corpus claims.
