Netword, LLC, appeals the summary judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, ruling that claim 1 of Netword's United States Patent No. 5,764,906 (the '906 patent) is not infringed by Centraal Corporation's RealNames system, either literally or under the doctrine of equivalents.
