¶ 1. This is the second appearance of this case before the Court of Appeals. In 1994, the chancellor granted Mrs. Baldwin a divorce and gave her custody of the children, then divided the property. In the initial appeal, the only error that we found was in Mrs. Baldwin's being awarded an interest in property that Mr. Baldwin had inherited from his mother.
