OPINION

PER CURIAM.

The third party plaintiffs in this case, Russell Bizier, Sr. (Russell Sr.) and Russell Bizier, Jr. (Russell Jr.) (collectively the Bizers), appeal from the entry of summary judgment in favor of the third-party defendant, Metropolitan General Insurance Company (Metropolitan), and from the denial of their cross-motion for summary judgment. For the reasons hereinafter set out, we deny their appeal.
