Miriam W. Williams sued Best Buy Company, Inc. ("Best Buy") in state court for personal injuries sustained as a result of a slip and fall. After the case was removed to federal court, the district court granted summary judgment in favor of Best Buy, and Williams appeals. We do not reach the merits of Williams' arguments on appeal, however, because it is not clear that the district court had subject matter jurisdiction. We remand the case to the...
