Christopher Page appeals a workers' compensation judgment which found that his claim for benefits had prescribed. He appeals the judgment arguing that his claim has not prescribed pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statute 23:1221(4)(r)(iv) because he suffered the recurrence of a hernia following surgery.
