This matter arises from an Order of the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County (trial court), which dismissed the appeal of Selena Moon and Linda Williams (Appellants) from an arbitration award based upon the failure of Appellants' Counsel to appear at a pre-trial settlement conference.
