PDK Labs Inc. ("PDK") is a New York corporation that manufactures over-the-counter pharmaceutical and vitamin products. Ephedrine is an ingredient that is used in the manufacture of these products. Unfortunately, ephedrine can also be used to produce illegal controlled substances, most notably methamphetamine, when extracted from lawful over-the-counter medicines.
