This is a whistleblower suit brought by a corporate officer who was discharged and then sued his employer and individuals whom he alleges contributed to his termination.

Plaintiff John D. O'Neal was employed by Master Health Plan, Inc. (MHP) as vice-president. The parties agree that he was an at-will employee. MHP was wholly owned by Healthmaster, Inc. The defendant Jeanette G. Garrison was president of both companies...
