Defendant Bay Cities Communications, Inc. ("Defendant") appeals from the district court's judgment in favor of Plaintiff Media Services Group, Inc. ("Plaintiff") in the amount of $61,116 plus interest for brokerage services that facilitated the sale of a radio station owned by the Defendant.
