Gregory C. Watts appeals from the district court's entry of summary judgment against him in his employment discrimination suit against the City of Norman, Oklahoma. Watts, who terms himself an Afro-American, was a captain in the Norman fire department when he became involved in a physical confrontation with one of his subordinates, whom Watts describes as Caucasian.
