DALY, J.

The plaintiff, Marylou Bradley, appeals from the judgment of the trial court, rendered after a jury trial, in favor of the defendants in this negligence action.1 The plaintiff claims that the court improperly (1) failed to strike the matter from the jury docket and (2) failed to grant her motion to set aside the verdict. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
